I recently bought the M3N-HT/Mempipe and it's all been smooth sailing with the board. I'm using an Athlon X2 5200+ with 2GB of Corsair DDR2-800. The overclocking features are extensive and the board itself allows for very nice clock speeds and stability. I don't think I'll ever need or use all three PCI-E x16 slots but it's nice to have them there.
This model in specific however costs $300 dollars, primarily due to the addition of the Mempipe which I haven't even used. The alternative not including the Mempipe named "M3N-HT/HDMI" is essentially the same board and I'd recommend it over this if you're still looking for a good 780a motherboard.
Very nice package overall and I would easily recommend it to anyone asking, but if you're going to buy high-end memory kits that always have built-on heatsinks, go for the much cheaper M3N-HT/HDMI as it's essentially the same product.

A great system. Have had it for a little under 5 months and use it frequently. I bought one of the very last 80GB MotorStorm bundles, and the software backwards compatibility doesn't really bother me as I bought my PS3 to play PS3 games!
