Sound quality is bad. For Bell in Canada, cannot get my pics or videos off phone with USB cable or Bluetooth. Driver disc not included or drivers on LG Site. Not that I bought it for the camera or video, but both are terrible quality. Battery clip will also break causing phone to shut off randomly.
