Google has quietly dropped the price of their flagship Nexus 4 smartphone to $199 base price, down $100 from current prices.
The 8GB model will sell for $199 (with $10 shipping) and $249 with 16GB storage.
Running stock Android, and selling without contract, the phone offers the best 'bang for the buck' in the Android world but the phone is over 9 months old, which is important to note.
