WhatsApp has updated their Android app with Material Design, putting the app's language and code in line with Lollipop counterparts.
As with most updates from the company, WhatsApp is rolling out the update globally but in waves so you may not have it yet.
The new app will have a dark green Material Design color, visual improvements and tweaks, faster animations and a new profiles feature.
