The FilmMachine is a easy to use all-in-one AVI to DVD/(S)VCD conversion utility.

Full information about the input AVI-file is presented before the conversion. With automated opetations like bitrate calculation, splitting and muxing makes the conversion easier for basic users. DVD subtitles, both permanent and selectable are supported with automated merging.

Other supported features include:

NTSC to PAL conversion
PAL to NTSC conversion
Aspect ratio selection
Audio downsampling and bitrate selection
The possibility to edit the Avisynth script as first step of the conversion process
Automatic chapter and menu (only DVD) creation
Detailed logging
A ready to use bincue CD image is created after conversion for (S)VCD
Immediate burning of DVD when doing AVI to DVD conversion (Nero 6.3 and higher must be installed)
Automatic program shutdown

The FilmMachine is bundled with HC and QuEnc, but CinemaCraft Encoder SP or Canopus Procoder can be used as well.

convert X to DVD is een makkelijker progje voor die whitefox. maar sorry als je echt onberispelijke qualiteit wil werk je met the filmmachine gemaakt door the mask. een hollander trouwens. als je geen propere install uitvoert en je codecs niet feilloos zij afgeregeld dan is het niet misschien te moeilijk voor u. Wat dacht je die geniale kerel die dat progje zonder er maar 1euro aan te verdienen er ook nog eens conversieprogjes van om en bij de 2000 euro(zie canopus of CCE) er nog eens gratis bijgeeft...HALLO daar eerst de moeite doen om wat kennis inzake filmconversie te vergaren en dan een oordeel vellen.U heeft geen idee hoe je jezelf hier belachelijk komt maken.En ja het duurt iets langer eer hij klaar is... meedere passen en qualiteit vragen hun tijd.Maar je hebt dan wel een "schokloze" film in hoge qualiteit met behoud van meerdere audiokanalen etc... Je zegt 8uren voor conversie hahahaha jij hebt waarschijnlijk zon goedkope pc van de supermarkt met veel toeters en bellen aan en met inwendig verouderde processors en flutvideokaartjen, maar wel met een cardre

downloaded "stable" version doesn't work properly, downloaded patched-up version (1.5.4) also doesn't work properly. This program is pure nonsens, it takes over 8 hours to process 60 minutes of AVI2. Result is poor. <br/>Also it needs an immense amount of free hard disk space, over 32 Giga for 60 minutes AVI2. <br/>The necessary K-Lite and C.C.E files cannot be downloaded at the locations indicated in the helpfiles. But need to be downloaded at "TORRENT" sites, with all risk involved of downloading e.g. viruses and trojans.
