SendTo-Convert is a quick image converter that integrates with the SendTo right-click menu in Windows Explorer.
Simply right-click on an image and choose the SendTo-Convert option, which will bring up a small new Window allowing you to output in BMP, PNG, GIF, JPEG or JPEG (lossless). You can also resize the image.
Conversion also works with drag and drop.
