Finally there's official word from Warner Brothers regarding the problems people have been having with 'The Matrix' DVD.
The problems are hardware-based - the problem is not with 'The Matrix' DVD. The problems are caused by the hardware not being up to full DVD specifications. There will be firmware patches for these devices available shortly.
