Viacom prepares to spin-off MTV Internet

Viacom, owner of various cable channels, including MTV and VH1, is preparing to launch an IPO for MTVi Group Inc. This division is the author behind www.mtv.com, www.vh1.com and all other music related websites of Viacom (including SonicNet).
