First shots made in Napster case

First court hearing are done in Napster vs. RIAA case in this week. Most important factors in the case seem to be 20 years old VCR ruling that was against MPAA's will (it favored the technology instead of movie rights) and Napster's claim that its software helps people to find music of new artists (which is already shot down ...).
