FairStars MP3 Recorder is a sound recorder that can capture audio on your computer whether from your sound card or applications.

It supports the MP3, OGG, APE and WAV audio formats. It can be used to record any sound, including music, dialogs from movies, game sounds, streaming audio or anything else.
