MusicMatch Jukebox is an MP3 player, an encoder, CD burner and a CD ripper (with CDDB support) - all-in-one. This is propably the number one "all-in-one" program at the moment - at least for its publicity. The program also supports the WMA-format.
MusicMatch Jukebox also features a database in which you can sort tracks by title, artist, category etc. and add songs to your playlist.

I use Music Match for everything. I burn CD's for my husbands music work. Store them on the hard drive and can adjust quality 192 kbs etc. very easily. I find this player to be superior to all the others especially when quality counts. Very easy to use and organizes the library easily. I use the FREE player and it's excellent.

continued errors on XP. Shuts down program. Puts multiple same songs on there in the library. Formatting errors on player after loading songs. We're getting our $ back.
