Subtitle Mechanic is a tool that lets you synchronize subtitles with a video.
It can synchronize SubRip (.srt) subtitles, or convert to MicroDVD (.sub), or onvert vice versa. It supports auto-save and will backup subtitles files before saving.
On Windows XP, this tool requires .NET framework 3.5 or higher.
