The Womble MPEG-VCR is a software video editor that performs all editing on MPEG data with frame accuracy. It supports all MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 bitstreams, including MPEG-2 Transport streams for HDTV. Its major features are list below.

I helped me fix GOP error. Worked like a charm. Took only 10 minutes. The best.

I have encoded many videos with this MPEG editor, and think it is a great editor. It can save in MPEG-1, -2 strip out audio, paste in audio, cut-n-paste in video. It has been very useful in cuting and editing MPEG 2 files that my PVR saves. The accuracy and smoothness in which the UI is designed to precisely control what frame you are looking at is the best I have seen.
