CD-DA X-Tractor is a rather straight-forward AudioCD ripping software with built-in CDDb support as well as support for the Ogg Vorbis format.

1License and operating system information is based on latest version of the software.
I added in MP3 support with the LAME ddl and has ot failed to convert any Audio CD up to now.
Only down side is that it is very slow at ripping and making the MP3 on the fly and takes much longer than any other program I have tried.
BUT as its free there is nothing else you can say.
