Dont Blame the Cat! can add watermarks and other effects to your image files, or to images copied from the clipboard.
It can open a file (drag and drop) and add a watermark, or you can set it to watch the clipboard for images being copied, or just paste directly into the application. It is portable and so doesn't require an installation in Windows.
