Movavi Photo Focus is an application that can blur images and use blurring for effect.
By blurring out parts of the image you can really add focus to the key element of your image. With the application, you can easily edit brightness, contrast and other parameters, both in and out of focus, for a different kind of effect.
Supports input: BMP, DPX, EXR, GIF (not animated), JPEG, JPEG-LS, JPEG 2000, PBM, PAM, PGM, PCX, PIC, PGMYUV, PNG, PIX, PTX, PPM, Sun Rasterfile, TIFF, TARGA, WebP, XFace, XBM, XWD
