MyPublicWiFi can turn your Windows computer into a WiFi Access point with some firewall and blocking features.
You can share an Internet connection on your computer (e.g. a mobile connection) with other devices that support WiFi. They can connect to your computer and use it as a router. You also have the ability to prevent access to certain services like social media services.
