SterJo YouTube Ad Blocker can block ads while playing YouTube videos.
It works regardless of the browser you use (e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) It is as simple as clicking Block Ads, or Unblock Ads to undo the changes.
NOTE: Try to be mindful that a great deal of work can be put into producing videos to upload to YouTube and the only compensation to the creator may be through advertisements. It is your right to run whatever software you like, but it helps to remember that the content you enjoy took the work of others to produce.
