Create Synchronicity is an open source backup and file synchronization application for Windows.
It is impressively lightweight, taking up just 220kB of storage space, which is far lower than the size of the average MP3 file.
You can use it for pretty much everything from copying your documents, pictures, music and videos to your USB Key or backup drive, to scheduling server backups with regex filtering and DST compensation
