AllOff is a tool that can monitor all kinds of activity and initiate a shut down command based on your preferences.
For example, it can monitor mouse, keyboard, CPU load, process activity and more and can shut down the computer if there has been no activity for a determined amount of time.
It supports fixed activation and shutdown initiation times plus a fixed delay before shutdown initiation. Programs can be run on activation and shutdown initiation.
NOTE: May require a registration key to use, which you can get here.
