NoVirusThanks Drive Formatter can format any drive to NTFS, FAT, FAT32 and exFAT.
It provides quick formatting or full format options too. If you need to protect your personal data then you can use the secure format, which will wipe the disk entirely before formatting so that previously written data is destroyed.
A built-in Check Disk option can assess the health of your disks too. You can choose to shutdown the computer after disk formatting has completed.
