Windows 7 Little Tweaker is a nice free tweaking tool for the Windows 7 operating system.
It can make adding and removing items from the Explorer context menu very easy, and allows you to create backup REG files so that you can restore the older configuration later on if need be.
It can also carry out certain tasks quickly, like disabling User Account Control prompts.
NOTE: This portable tool includes no installer.
