BlackBerry Priv

BlackBerry CEO John Chen has confirmed that the new Android-powered Priv slider is on its way to T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint.

Verizon has confirmed this weekend that they too will carry the BlackBerry Priv slider, joining AT&T among the major U.S. carriers.

BlackBerry CEO John Chen has said this week that the company needs to sell 5 million smartphones a year to have their handset division be profitable, and if they can't hit that target the smartphone maker may have to stop building hardware altogether
