HTC Vive

HTC has opened up its Viveport store to its biggest competitor in the VR field, the Oculus Rift.

HTC's new upgraded Vive Pro is available to pre-order now ahead of its April launch, while the original bundle has had a price cut.

HTC has permanently cut the price of the Vive VR headset by $200, bringing it closer to the cost of hardware from rival Oculus.

HTC's Vive VR headset is now shipping to 24 countries, and demo headsets will be available in retail locations like GameStop and Microsoft Stores in the coming days.

HTC has delayed their Vive VR system until April 2016, despite having promised fans that early adopters could try it out by the end of 2015.
