Intel OnCue
After months of negotiations, Verizon has completed their purchase of Intel's Internet TV division, Intel Media.
Intel, which has been working on their OnCue Internet TV platform for two years, is looking to sell the project for $500 million and to complete the deal before the end of the year.
Intel, who has long tried to create a Web-based subscription TV service, is reportedly preparing to hand over controls to the project to Verizon.
Intel has been forced to postpone the launch of its Internet TV service as it continues to seek partners to help it launch.
