Microsoft has made all of their recent Microsoft Surface price cuts permanent.
A new class action suit filed by Robbins, Geller, Rudman, & Dowd has accused Microsoft of hiding major losses related to its Surface RT tablet.
Speaking at an internal town hall event, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer admitted that the company built way too many Surface RT tablets, and that the company is not selling as many Windows devices as it would like to.
Microsoft will be cutting the price of the Surface RT tablet next week, in an effort to move stale unit stock.
