In December, SSD maker OCZ filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after striking an agreement with Toshiba for the electronics company to purchase most of its valuable assets.
OCZ Technology, just days after announcing bankruptcy, has announced that they have signed an asset purchase agreement with Toshiba where the company will buy all of OCZ's assets in a chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding for $35 million.
OCZ has debuted their Vertex 3 SSD line this week, with read speeds of 550 MB/s and write speeds of up to 520 MB/s.
