Barnes & Noble drops price of Simple Touch with GlowLight Barnes & Noble has dropped the price of their Simple Touch with GlowLight to match up with the new ad-subsidized Amazon Kindle Paperwhite.
The popular e-reader will now cost $120, and the price has already been updated on most retailer's sites, including Target and Wal-Mart. Barnes & Noble itself has been slow to update their own site, however.

"GlowLight" means the e-reader has a front-lit display that allows for reading at night and in low-light situations. The device is also fully touch.

The new Paperwhite launches October 1st and will include ads on the lock screen just like other Kindle devices.
