DCC Send
This is a method on IRC of sending a file. It allows you to send a file using your IRC script to any user on a network using their nick. the Syntax appears like this...
/dcc send -cl
The -cl will make the transfer close when its finished and also limits the transfer rate to the max cps limit specified in the DCC Fileserver. For more info, see mIRC help.
