Z-CLV
Z-CLV stands for Zoned Constant Linear Velocity. It is a modification of CLV that is used for high-speed CD and DVD recorders. Such recorders divide a DVD disc in separate zones, each which will haves it own constant linear velocity that usually increases from the innermost zone to the outer rim.
