UOP
UOP stands for User Operation Prohibitions.
UOPs are basically flags that can apply to any object on a DVD and prevent certain actions. Something on a DVD, like an FBI warning or an anti-piracy advertisement that cannot be skipped or fast-forwarded indicates that a UOP is in effect. UOPs are widely used in retail DVDs to prevent you from skipping past certain content.
You can add UOPs while authoring your own DVDs with DVD-Lab.
