Wide Quad eXtended Graphics Array

Wide Quad eXtended Graphics Array, or WQXGA, is a display standard that defines a resolution up to 2560x1600 pixels. The image is displayed in a 16:10 aspect ratio. WQXGA is basically a wider version of the QXGA display standard. Displays that can drive this resolution are available on the market, though priced noticeably higher than lower resolution screens that are the same size.
