DivX Subtitles
DivX, since the release of DivX 6 in 2007, has created its own proprietary subtitle tracks for DivX VOD and other DivX films, dubbed XSUB or DivX Subtitles.
The tracks are not text-based but instead bitmap-based, similar to vobsubs used on DVD-Video.
XSUBs never come in standalone files but are embedded into the .divx container files and must be created using Dr. DivX or DivX official software.
