DROP FRAME

NTSC video runs at 29.97fps with colour information. Due to this tiny difference to 30fps, the timecode computation has to account for the difference, since there is a difference between real time and the time registered on the video. The DROP FRAME method of fixing this problem drops two frames from the numerical count for every minute in an hour except every 10th minute.
