Quarter D1
Quarter D1 is MPEG-2 Video where it only has half the horizontal and vertical resolution of D1. This means that it only has one quarter of the pixels that "full D1" has. The resolutions are 352x240 (NTSC) and 352x288 (PAL). Both those resolutions are standard for VideoCD.
